951.07 REPURCHASE OF LOTS.

The Service Director may, at his sole discretion, repurchase cemetery lots on behalf of the City. The repurchase price shall be the current price at which lots are sold to residents of the City, less twenty percent (20%) to cover the administrative costs of such repurchase.
