951.06 DEFERRED PAYMENTS FOR LOTS.

The Service Director is authorized to sell cemetery lots and graves on a deferred installment basis but in no event shall such installment payment agreement extend beyond a five-month period and no deed shall be issued until after full payment has been made for such lot purchase.
