951.04 NONRESIDENT PENSIONERS.

   An old age pensioner who is a nonresident of the City may be interred at the same fee as a resident, providing that such old age pensioner or his immediate family held title to burial space prior to his death; otherwise, the nonresident charge shall apply for both space and interment.
