951.03 BURIAL RECEPTACLES.

All outer burial receptacles which exceed fifty inches in length shall be constructed of reinforced concrete or metal or other similar permanent material commonly accepted for burial purposes, the composition and design of which shall be subject to the approval of the Director of Public Service. This rule does not apply to old age pensioners or indigent interments.
