935.02 PROOF OF INCOME.

To demonstrate that his/her household qualifies for the exemptions set forth in this chapter, the head of each household shall, by May 1st of any year, submit an application as prescribed by the City, and such additional information, including a signed and verified affidavit, as the City deems necessary to demonstrate that his/her household’s total annual income of his/her household does not exceed the level set forth in Section 935.01.
