931.05 INITIATION OF REVIEW OF BASIC CABLE SERVICE AND EQUIPMENT.

   Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 76.930(a), a cable operator shall file its schedule of rates for the basic service tier and associated equipment with the Staff within thirty days of receiving written notification from the Staff that the City has been certified by the FCC to regulate rates for the basic service tier. To comply with this provision, a cable operator must file a Form 393 regarding rates that were charges since September 1, 1993 or one year prior to the commencement of the City's rate regulation, whichever is the shorter period, and a second Form 393 regarding any proposed rate increases.
