931.04 EFFECTIVE DATE OF RATE REGULATIONS FOR BASIC SERVICE AND EQUIPMENT.

Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 76.910(e), (2) and Section 76.922, the initial date of regulation for the basic service tier shall be the date on which local notice is given to the cable operator that the provision of the basic service tier is subject to rate regulation. This local notice will be in the form of a letter sent by the Staff to the cable operator.
