927.18 UNLAWFUL PERIODS OF ACCUMULATION.

(a) No subscriber shall keep garbage on any premises in the City for a longer period of time than that expiring between three consecutive collection dates when actual collections are made by the Contractor.

(b) No subscriber, commercial, industrial, governmental or institutional establishment shall keep garbage and refuse on premises in the City for such a period of time as to endanger the health, welfare and safety of the residents of the City, as determined by the Portage County Health Inspector of the City's Fire Chief.

(c) It shall be unlawful for any subscriber, commercial, industrial, governmental or industrial establishment to keep refuse on the premises of the subscriber, commercial, industrial, governmental or institutional establishment for a period longer than ten days.
