927.12 VEHICLE INSPECTION.

All vehicles used in the collection of garbage or refuse shall be inspected by the Portage County Board of Health and the Director of Public Service of the City to ensure compliance with the provisions of the chapter and any relative rules and regulations of the Portage County Board of Health, as well as specifications outlined in the City's Contract.
