927.08 SUPERVISION OF COLLECTION AND REMOVAL.

The collection and removal of garbage and rubbish shall be conducted under the supervision, direction and control of the Director of Public Service of the City and the Portage County Board of Health and in strict conformance with the provisions of this chapter and the rules of the Portage County Board of Health. The City's Contractor must adhere to the specific collection logistics as agreed to within the City's Contract.
