923.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).

Each twenty-four hour period a connection in violation of this chapter remains connected to a sewer line as described in Section 923.01, or to a connection to such line, shall be deemed a separate offense.
