921.07 LATERALS SERVICING NEW STREETS.

No permit fee shall be required for connecting a new lateral line to any main where such lateral line will service a new street or area but the fee provided in Section 923.02 will be charged for all connections off the lateral sewer line. The provisions of this section shall not be applicable to any subdivision developer who has installed a waste water treatment plant including sewer mains and services.
