921.05 NOTICE TO CONNECT; ENFORCEMENT.

(a) No house, sewer, drain or water pipe from any building or premises shall be discharged into any cesspool, septic tank or other like receptacle where such building or premises is provided with proper sewerage accommodation with which the same can be connected.

(b) Such connections shall be made upon proper order, in writing, issued by the Director of Engineering, Utilities and Inspection to the owner, occupant or lessee of the building or premises so provided, by personal service, registered mail or otherwise as the Director shall order, and he shall be chargeable with the enforcement of this chapter.
