901.03 BARRICADES AND LIGHTS.

In the event any excavation or opening is at any time not properly barricaded and lighted, the Police Division or the Service Director may cause such barricading and lighting to be done and any expense in connection therewith for time, labor and/or material shall be charged to such deposit and the City reimbursed therefor.
