761.04 ENFORCEMENT.

    (a)    The Chief of Aurora's Police Department, any other police officer, or other authorized enforcement official designated by the Chief of Aurora's Police Department, shall conduct periodic undercover compliance checks each year on a random number of cigarette and tobacco vendors to insure their compliance with the requirements of this Chapter.

    (b)   Every act or omission constituting a violation of this chapter by any agent, employee and/or representative of any licensed vendor shall be deemed and held to be the act of the licensed vendor and such licensed vendor may be punished in the same manner as if such act or omission had been done or omitted by the licensed vendor personally.
