761.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.

   (a)    It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale at retail, to give away, to deliver, to keep with the intent to sale at retail cigarettes, cigars, or other tobacco in any form or quantity without having first obtained a cigarette and tobacco vendor's license pursuant to this chapter.

   (b)    It shall be unlawful for the owner or lessee in possession of premises where coin operated vending machines for tobacco products are located to allow the operation of such machines without first having a cigarette and tobacco vendor's license pursuant to this chapter.
