   753.03 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.
   (a)    All establishments or stations which are covered by this chapter shall have until October 28, 1984 to comply with Section 753.02 (a) through (c).
   (b)    All establishments or stations which are covered by this chapter shall have until January 1, 1985, to comply with Section 753.02 (d) through (f).
