660.07 OBSTRUCTION OF FIRE HYDRANTS.

   (a)    No person shall commit any act which shall obstruct or place obstruction within seven feet of any fire hydrant, public or private.

   (b)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
