642.24 DEPOSITING SNOW ON PROPERTY OF ANOTHER.

(a) No person shall discharge or deposit snow into the public roadway or on to the property of another without permission except for accumulations which are necessary residuals of street or roadway cleaning operations by public authority.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
