630.033 PENALTY.

Except in those sections where otherwise specifically provided, any person who violates any portion of Section 630.03 or its subdivisions shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to the provisions and penalties provided for such criminal violations.
