351.15 PARKING WHEN WORK IS BEING DONE IN STREETS.
   (a)   The Director of Public Service shall cause signs to be erected upon streets or parts of streets when the streets or parts of streets are about to be cleaned or are being cleaned of dirt, or rubbish or when any improvement in or upon the street or part of the street is about to be or is being installed or repaired, or when any tree within the street or part of the street is about to be or is being sprayed, trimmed or removed. When the signs have been erected, no person shall park a vehicle during the time when any work is being done on the street or part of the street.
   (b)    Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
