351.13 PARKING ON STATE ROUTE.
   (a)   No person owning or having control of, or in charge of, a motor vehicle, bicycle, motorcycle or truck shall park the same or allow the same to stand on any State route within the City, being specifically State Routes 43, 82 and 306.
   (b)   This section shall not apply to the driver or owner of any vehicle disabled to the extent that it is impossible to avoid stopping and temporarily leaving the disabled vehicle in such position.

   (c)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
