339.03 MAXIMUM WEIGHT, WIDTH, HEIGHT AND LENGTH.

   (a)    The maximum gross weight for a vehicle operating upon a designated through street not a State route or through truck and bus route is ten tons.

   (b)    The maximum gross weight for a vehicle operating upon any street within the Municipality other than a State route, through truck and bus route, or designated through street is five tons.

   (c)    For any vehicle operating upon any street within the Municipality other than a State route or through truck and bus route the maximum:

      (1)    Width is 96 inches;

      (2)    Length is 40 feet;

      (3)    Height is 13 feet and 6 inches.
