§ 52.58  MAIN AND MAIN EXTENSIONS; INSTALLATION PROCEDURE.
   All extensions of mains shall be in accordance with the city’s specifications, and a licensed engineer shall be used. The requirements of §§ 52.51 through 52.57 shall apply to the installment of mains and main extensions. The owner shall supply the city with a set of “as built” plans. All mains and extensions of mains shall be no less than eight inches in diameter and be constructed of clay, P.V.C., A.B.S. or concrete. However, no P.V.C. nor A.B.S. pipe shall be installed at a depth greater than 12 feet. When a new main is constructed, stub outs shall be placed to lot lines. All sewer mains and extensions of sewer mains shall become the property of the city upon the completion of construction.
