§ 95.35 USE OF WHISTLE.
   It shall be unlawful for any engineer, fireman or other persons in charge or operating a locomotive engine upon any railroad tracks within the corporate limits of the city to blow, sound or use the whistle of such locomotive engine in the nighttime between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. However, trains are required to give an audible signal within approximately 1500 feet of a train crossing if there is no signal device, crossing gate or flagman and/or when a vehicle is in hazardous proximity to such crossing.
