§ 95.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not otherwise provided shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $1,000 or by imprisonment not exceeding six months or both. Every day any violation of this chapter continues shall constitute a separate offense.
