§ 95.11 DESTRUCTION OR REMOVAL OF BARRICADES AND LIGHTS ON OBSTRUCTIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person who has not the legal authority and right so to do, to remove, or in any way interfere with or to mischievously or wantonly break or displace any danger light or barricade placed as a warning at or near any excavation or obstruction in any street or alley in the city.
