§ 95.09 SIGNS UPON SIDEWALKS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to build, erect or maintain or cause to be built, erected or maintained any sign post upon any part of any sidewalk, gutter or street in the city, and no sign in the city shall be less than seven and one-half feet above the sidewalk at its lowest part.
