§ 95.05 USE OF PUBLIC SQUARES RESTRICTED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to deposit any material of any kind upon any public squares without the express permission of the Common Council. ('74 Code, § 9-9) (Ord. 332, passed - - )
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to place, build, construct or maintain any shed, shack or building of any kind upon any public square without the express permission of the Common Council. ('74 Code, § 9-10) (Ord. 332, passed - - )
