§ 95.03 REMOVAL OF SNOW AND ICE FROM SIDEWALK.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner or occupant of any lot, part of lot or parcel of ground lying within the limits of the city to permit snow or ice to remain upon the sidewalk in front of such lot, etc.
