§ 95.02 SALE OF CANDY OR CONFECTIONS FROM VEHICLES OR CARTS ON STREETS AND SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale any candy, ice cream, confection or soft drink beverage for human consumption from any motor vehicle or any vehicle or cart of any kind, on any public street or sidewalk open to traffic in the city.
