§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates the provisions of §§ 93.01 and 93.10 - 93.12 shall be fined not less than $15 nor more than $50 for the first offense and not more than $500 for each subsequent offense. Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued.
   (B)   Any person who violates the provisions of §§ 93.20 - 93.23 shall be fined not less than $50 or more than $500 for each offense. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
