§ 74.01 WORKSITE/WORK ZONE.
   Vehicles traveling through a worksite or work zone within the city limits shall drive at a reasonable rate to ensure the safety of city workers or utility workers, said rate must be at least ten m.p.h. below the posted speed limit.
