(A) Unless another penalty is expressly provided by law, every person convicted of a violation of any provision of this traffic code, other than speeding, shall be punished by a fine of $25 for the first offense, $50 for the second offense, and $100 for the third offense and each offense thereafter. For speeding violations, the fines shall be as follows:
1-20 mph over the posted limit $3 fine
21-25 mph over the posted limit $8 fine
26-35 mph over the posted limit $35 fine
36 and above $50 fine
(B) The above fines will be doubled for all violations which occur in a worksite or workzone.
