§ 93.30 PROHIBITED ON BIKE TRAIL AND PARKS.
    It shall be unlawful to use or operate motorized vehicles and scooters on the bike trail and/or on park properties, other than use necessary to meet the needs of the disabled. This section does not apply to city vehicles, Police Department and emergency vehicles.
