§ 53.16 PAYMENT OF BILLS.
   All patrons and customers of the municipal waterworks system shall pay the charges when they are billed by the City Department of Waterworks according to the terms and conditions set forth on such bills. ('74 Code, § 16-1) (Ord. 474, passed - - )
