§ 53.01 TAKING WATER FROM FIRE HYDRANTS.
   No person shall take water from any fire hydrant in the city, except for the purpose of extinguishing fires, washing the engine and apparatus or exercising such, nor shall any person or persons open any fireplug and leave such uncovered.
