Any increase or decrease in the cost of gas occasioned by increases or decreases in the cost of gas purchased from the pipeline supplier, the cost of contractual gas storage and storage transportation, and the net cost of gas injected into and withdrawn from storage shall be applied to the prevailing rates in accordance with the order of the Public Service Commission in Cause No. 37091 approved August 3, 1983.
