§ 151.033  PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS.
   The Planning Commission shall reject or approve the final plat and have prepared a recommendation to the City Council recommending rejection or approval. All reasons for recommending rejection shall be clearly stated. Notification of approval or rejection by the Planning Commission or City Council shall be given the subdivider within 60 days after submission of the final plat to the Planning Commission.
