§ 113.06  LIABILITY OF OWNER OF PREMISES FOR VIOLATION.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, partnership, corporation or association, owning or otherwise controlling any land, building, house, hall, room, area, place or premise within the corporate limits of the city, to rent, lease or lend the land, building, house, hall, room, area, place or premise with the knowledge:
   (A)   The land, building, house, hall, room, area, place or premise is to be used for the purpose of conducting any public dance; and
   (B)   The public dance is to be conducted in any manner in violation of the provisions of this subchapter relating thereto or that the land, building, house, hall, room, area, place or premise is in a condition as shall fail to comply with any of the provisions of this subchapter relating thereto.
