It shall be unlawful for any person to manage, sponsor, conduct or in any manner participate in any public dance at any time during the period of any day, except Sunday, after the hours of 12:00 midnight and before the hours of 7:00 a.m. It shall be unlawful for any person to manage, sponsor, conduct or, in any manner, participate in any public dance at any time during the first day of the week, commonly called Sunday.
