§ 113.03  RESPONSIBILITY OF PERSON CONDUCTING PUBLIC DANCE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL THEREOF.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons conducting any public dance to permit any individual to enter upon the premises of the public dance whenever the person or persons conducting the public dance has reason to believe:
   (A)   The individual is in an intoxicated or disorderly condition;
   (B)   The individual is likely to engage in disorderly conduct or incite others to engage in disorderly conduct;
   (C)   The individual intends to engage in or to solicit, or is likely to engage in or to solicit, any act of prostitution; and/or
   (D)   The individual intends to engage in, to solicit or to aid and abet in the commission of, or is likely to engage in, to solicit or to aid and abet in the commission of, any unlawful act of any nature.
