§ 98.023  LIVE TRAPS.
   All live traps within the city limits shall be set and operated by the Dog Catcher or set and operated under the supervision of the Dog Catcher. A LIVE TRAP is defined, for purposes of this section, as a trap used for the purpose of catching a cat inside it without injuring the cat.
