(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) All dogs other than those upon the premises of the owner, keeper or harborer thereof or upon the premises of someone duly authorized by the owner, keeper or harborer thereof to have possession, custody or control of or over, the same, be and they are, required to be securely leashed and under the immediate control of the owner, keeper or harborer thereof or of someone duly authorized by the owner, keeper or harborer thereof to have immediate control over the same. It shall be unlawful for the owner, keeper or harborer of any dog to permit or allow the same to be in violation of the immediately preceding sentence, and the owner, keeper or harborer of any dog who permits or allows the same to be in violation of the immediately preceding sentence shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined any sum not exceeding $100.

(C) All cats other than those upon the premises of the owner, keeper or harborer thereof or upon the premises of someone duly authorized by the owner, keeper or harborer thereof to have possession, custody or control of, or over, the same, be and they are, required to be under the control of the owner, keeper or harborer thereof or someone duly authorized by the owner, keeper or harborer thereof to have control over the same. It shall be unlawful for the owner, keeper or harborer of any cat to permit to allow the same to be in violation of the immediately preceding sentence, and the owner, keeper or harborer of any cat who permits or allows the same to be in violation of the immediately preceding sentence shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined any sum not exceeding $100.

(D) Any person violating or permitting the violation of any provision of §§ 98.065 through 98.077 shall, upon conviction, be fined a sum not more than $500. In addition, the court shall order the registration of the subject pit bull revoked and the dog removed from the city. Should the defendant refuse to remove the dog from the city, the judge shall find the defendant owner in contempt and order the immediate confiscation and impoundment of the animal. Each day that a violation of this subchapter continues shall be deemed a separate offense. In addition to the foregoing penalties, any person who violates this subchapter shall pay all expenses, including shelter, food, handling, veterinary care and testimony necessitated by the enforcement of this subchapter.
