§ 98.005  ENCLOSURES.
   All pens, cages, sheds, yards or any other item or area of enclosure for the confinement of animals, not specifically barred from the corporate limits of the city, shall be kept in a clean and orderly manner and condition so as not to become a menace or nuisance to the neighborhood in which the enclosure is located.
