§ 98.002  UNLAWFUL TO PERMIT ANIMALS TO RUN AT LARGE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person who is the owner, keeper or harborer of any horse, mule, sheep, cow, goat, swine, poultry, chickens, turkeys, geese or any other fowl or livestock, or for any person having the charge, custody or control of the aforementioned animals, to permit the animals to be driven or to run at large within the corporate limits of the city.
