(A) Any person, firm, or corporation desiring to store or keep in the residential zone of the city for any period of time, any form of poisonous or flammable gas of liquefied petroleum gas of add to enlarge or replace any facility used for the storage of the gases, must first get permission from the City Council.
(B) The City Council shall require the name of the gas, the place of storage, and the amount of gas stored.
(C) If permission is granted, the City Council shall prescribe rules, regulations and precautionary actions as it may deem necessary.
(D) The provisions of section shall be controlling throughout the residential zone in the city limits.
