§ 97.40  OPERATION OF PETROLEUM BUSINESS WITHIN FIRE LIMITS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, firm, co-partnership, corporation or association to erect any building or structure, and to install therein any machinery or appliances, for the purpose of selling, at either wholesale or retail, gasoline, oil, grease, distillate or petroleum products within the fire limits of the city.
