No buildings, sheds or structures, known as ironclads, which are constructed of wood and covered with sheet iron or tin attached to the wooden frame shall hereafter be permitted to be located, constructed or maintained within the jurisdiction of the city. Any structure constructed as herein provided which shall be located, constructed or maintained within the jurisdiction of the city shall be deemed to be located, constructed or maintained in a manner which fails to comply with the provisions of this subchapter.
