§ 97.25  REMOVAL OF DAMAGED STRUCTURES REQUIRED.
   In the event that any wooden or combustible building or structure within the jurisdiction of the city, or any noncombustible building which stands within the fire limits, is damaged to the extent of 50% or more of its value, exclusive of the foundation, it shall not be repaired or rebuilt, but shall be taken down and removed within 60 days from the date of the fire or other casualty. Any building or structure as herein provided that is not taken down and removed within 60 days from the date of the fire or other casualty causing the damage to the building or structure shall be deemed to be maintained in a manner which fails to comply with the provisions of this subchapter.
